About RollaDome:

RollaDome was set up in January 2009 in North West London as a voluntary group, committed to making a difference offering the complete skating package, from skating lessons and training to roller discos.

RollaDome is all about:

Objectives

Our One of our aims is to meet with the key legislation in relation to the provision of positive activities, advice and guidance for young people.  We are working to secure access for young people to educational and recreational leisure time activities along with facilities for the improvement of their well-being.

RollaDome, in conjunction with our partners, can help meet some of the Government National Indicators to address these concerns to help create a better future for our children and families.

Programmes

All our programs are for children and adults of all ages and abilities, and available to organisations, schools, and individuals. Our programmes are provided in a safe environment where all involved learn valuable skills:

• Improve balance and coordination
• Strengthen endurance
• Learn self-discipline both on and off the skate rink
• Life skills, mentoring, discipline and motivation

We are about having great fun, whilst learning new skills and techniques in safe environment.

We are based in West London and our group is comprised of committed individuals who are all volunteers, keen to make difference to people’s lives by encouraging them to be active, learn a new skill, stay healthy and most importantly to participate in a family based activity. We have run a number of successful school holiday projects, youth engagement projects and family events.

We were voted as finalists in Archant North & West London Business Awards in the Community and New Business categories in the North & West London Business Awards 2009, sponsored by HSBC, and also The Park Royal Partnership, New business of the year 2009 finalists.
