RollaDome All Skate – Refund Policy
At RollaDome All Skate, we aim to provide a clear, fair, and transparent booking experience for all participants and families.
General Policy
All bookings are considered final and non-refundable, except in specific circumstances outlined below.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only if:

A cancellation request is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session, and

The request is submitted with valid booking details
All refund requests are subject to review and approval.
Late Cancellations
We are unable to offer refunds for:

Missed sessions
-
No-shows
-
Late arrivals that result in partial or full loss of the session
Changes or Cancellations by RollaDome
If RollaDome needs to cancel or reschedule a session, customers will be offered:

A full refund, or
-
The option to transfer to an alternative session
Transfers (Where Applicable)
Where possible, bookings may be transferred to another session instead of a refund, subject to availability and sufficient notice.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 working days.
Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
