REFUND POLICY

RollaDome All Skate – Refund Policy

At RollaDome All Skate, we aim to provide a clear, fair, and transparent booking experience for all participants and families.

General Policy

All bookings are considered final and non-refundable, except in specific circumstances outlined below.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only if:

  • A cancellation request is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session, and

  • The request is submitted with valid booking details

All refund requests are subject to review and approval.

Late Cancellations

We are unable to offer refunds for:

  • Missed sessions

  • No-shows

  • Late arrivals that result in partial or full loss of the session

Changes or Cancellations by RollaDome

If RollaDome needs to cancel or reschedule a session, customers will be offered:

  • A full refund, or

  • The option to transfer to an alternative session

Transfers (Where Applicable)

Where possible, bookings may be transferred to another session instead of a refund, subject to availability and sufficient notice.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at: customer.service@rolladome.org.uk

Please include:

  • Full name

  • Booking reference

  • Session details

  • Reason for the request

Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 working days.
Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Important Notes

  • Refund decisions are made at RollaDome’s discretion

  • Policies apply across all bookings unless otherwise stated

  • This policy is consistent with our booking terms and conditions
