No — you can join without a membership. However, only members can access subsidised programme pricing.
Non-members can still book at the full programme cost.
We do not offer drop-in sessions for clubs.

Yes — our clubs are suitable for all levels, including complete beginners.
All RollaDome clubs run as structured 12-week programmes:
1 session per week
Each session lasts 1 hour
No — bookings are for the full 12-week programme only.
As a small charity operating on limited funds, missed sessions are not usually refundable or transferable.
Session changes may be possible if spaces are available. Please contact the team.
Places are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Once full, bookings will close.
Prices vary depending on your membership type and club location.
Members benefit from subsidised pricing, while non-members pay the full programme cost.
RollaDome sessions cost £17 per hour to deliver.
Through funding support, we are able to:
Reduce prices for members
Provide subsidised or free places for families who need support
Comfortable clothing suitable for physical activity.

No — skating equipment can be provided if required.
Yes — all sessions are delivered by trained coaches and follow strict safeguarding procedures.
We use TeamApp as our main communication platform.
After booking, you will receive an invitation to:

Complete your profile
TeamApp is used for:
Announcements and updates
Session information and reminders
Sharing photos
Accessing important documents (e.g. safeguarding, policies, forms)
Yes — TeamApp is our primary communication channel, and all participants are expected to use it.
No — membership is non-refundable once purchased.
As a charity, we operate on a cost-only basis. We offer credit notes in most cases instead of refunds, to ensure sustainability. Refunds are considered only in exceptional circumstances. Visit our Refund & Credit Policy to learn more.
We offer Community Membership and may have additional subsidised places available depending on funding. Please contact the team for support.
