Degrees of Opportunity emerged out of a pursuit to inspire and support the community, and a desire for actions to speak louder than words. Established in 2000, we’re an organization driven by progressive ideas, bold actions, and a strong foundation of support.

Degrees of Opportunity will not be a new youth services provider competing with others, but a collaborative scheme for working together, reaching out to young people, providing more opportunities, better rewarding and celebrating achievement by young people, and for providing them with a pathway to further develop their skills and leadership beyond the programmes that they are engaging in.
We believe that such an approach will:

• Provide opportunities for engaging young people further and for further developing their skills.
